Aging is the accumulation of changes in a person over time. Aging refers to a multidimensional process of physical, psychological and social change. By the time most of us reach the age of 50 or 60 we tend to accept the negative effects of aging as a fact of life that we have little or no control over. It is true that we can not stop the calender from marching ahead at what seems to be a faster and faster pace, however, there are lots of things we can do to look better, feel better and enjoy life to it’s fullest!
We’re asking women from the baby boomer generation* to tell us how they are dealing with the aging process for a new section in A Distinctive Style Magazine. The column will be a completion from women themselves, from all walks of life, from every corner of the world, all sharing their experiences and secrets to staying young. Won’t you join us?
